Our Basic Plan:

• Check for plumbing leaks in areas of the bathroom and kitchen.
• Flush toilets and run the water in sinks.
• Check for signs of mold and mildew.
• Check for any visible signs of rodent and insect infestation.
• Check for obvious damage to the interior of the house.
• Check interior humidity and temperature.
• Verify that all doors and windows are properly secured.
• Immediate reporting to you if any abnormalities found
